The care people put into their writings can definitely give you a clue about the care they put into the matter they write about.

Thank you for your sensitivity.
9 months later, still updating and using the app, think updating his bad rating without change and obvious lies is a smart ideas …
Why do I attract such deranged people …
That why your updated ratings matter, as a paid app, there’s not much users and those have unfortunately some effect on the rating and app future …
How do I update the rating/review? “Rezension bearbeiten” (which means edit review) is greyed out on my phone. I can only delete my review it seems. Do I have to delete and recreate it?
I don’t know the button is never greyed out on my phone.
Maybe you have multiple accounts and did use a different one?
I found the reason. If you’re in the beta tester program for an app you can’t write a review. Probably to avoid bugs encountered within a beta version affecting a review but still, kinda stupid.
Since the currently installed version isn’t a beta version anyways I just left the beta, updated my review and entered the beta again. What a hassle.
Hope it does some good. ![]()
It clearly says “Chromequest” in his carefully and calmly written review. ![]()
On a side note: I actually know someone who has a hard time reading anything if it’s not in caps, online conversations with him always feel like a yelling contest.
Edit: Just now noticed it was translated from portugese, I might have done him injustice.
What not to do
Bad rate to kill the app, don’t contact the dev about your issue, rollback and complain you can never update again because you never reported your issue.
Yet love the app you paid because you still want to use it …
Funny how people behave differently on Play Store as they would in real life.
So it seems I’m right, but it does not really matter, because it’s easier to ignore all the users who actually contact me here and invent an alternate reality ![]()
