Occasional smart ass and writer of very long statements that are well-founded and follow a very specific and carefully designed train of thought and if you only dare to board it you might be surprised that I am actually getting somewhere (to a point, usually).

I like physical media (CDs only, no streaming services whatsoever), but even more I like to listen to music everywhere, so carrying my digital library with me while offline is an essential feature.

My musical taste is rooted in rock music, with a focus on classic and modern progressive rock and the 80s/90s rock music I grew up with. I also love the Jazz of the 50s and 60s, and only recently developed a severe interest in classical music. You will find a lot of other stuff from technical death metal to electronic chill-out music in my collection as well, and I am a sucker for sweet and emotional melodies in wall-of-sound productions.
