I was changing around my interface and somehow managed to delete the “Settings” button from my Navigation bar.
Because I know longer have a “Settings” button, I can no longer contact the developer because he requires me to upload a log file and I can’t do that because I can’t get into “Settings”. I’m just screwed!
Does anyone have an idea on how to get into “Settings” without a button for it? Or how to contact the developer without uploading a log?
I’ve never come across an interface that allowed someone to remove the only way to get into “Settings” before!

It’s definitely there somewhere. The app makes sure the Settings button is always present. Some themes may hide it better than others tho.
Hard to help further without a screenshot of your theme. But if there’s not a floating button at the top, there should be a shortcut somewhere on your Home page.
I would have thought that too! Here’s the screenshot. There is nothing hiding up or down. It’s one screen only.
The row of icons doesn’t scroll to the side?
If not then you might actually be stuck. The app does catch 99% of cases where the Settings button is missing but it’s not impossible to miss a case. (I’ve found one before.)
If you have a way of broadcasting intents (e.g. via Tasker) then you can apply a different theme that way. Otherwise, re-installing would be the only option.

No, it does not scroll. I guess it’s re-install time. Thanks for your help!
Swap to landscape if you haven’t uninstalled yet!
Had to try harder to replicate this myself. Looks like Settings is on the Nav Bar, but that style of Nav Bar doesn’t scroll if there’s too many options to fit.

Thanks, but I almost wish I hadn’t found. I have 45,000 titles. It took about 3 hours to import just the titles! But I’m back to reconfiguring it now. I’ll remember your tip about landscape if it happens again! And, thanks again.

It wasn’t a guaranteed fix anyway, it can still happen in Landscape. Just gives you a better chance lol
Bug report has been posted so this’ll get fixed eventually.
I didn’t know about it at the time, but in case anyone runs into the same problem:
The Settings menu can actually be reached from outside the app.
Steps to reach Settings screen

Go to your device’s Settings and find the page which shows your installed apps. (For me, this is called “App info”)

Find Symfonium in the list and tap it. You should see something similar to this:
- Tap the Additional settings button. This will open Symfonium’s Settings menu
From here, you can load another App Style or edit your current one to move the button.
