Transcoding breaks progress bar (Navidrome)

Issue description:

When transcoding is enabled in Symfonium and files are streamed, the progress cursor cannot be moved, either forward or backward.
If the files are cached, then it works as intended.
It also works fine with native files.

Subsonic API limitation when transcoding to opus.

For the moment no workaround until API is extended. Quality is more important than seeking 98% of the time.
