Thanks. I was able to apply it but I still could not use my remote to navigate. I’ll continue tweaking.

I hope some tinkering does the trick for you. I myself still can’t get the volume slider to work properly, same issue as mentioned before…

All remotes have volume buttons, there should not be the need for volume controls on a tv.

Version 12.3.0 updated in first post have some specific changes for Android TV.

You might want to start fresh or load the Android TV specific application style in the settings.

Installed! Looks great. Thank you! For future updates, when browsing a library by title or artist, if there could be an A-Z list on the far side to quickly jump to a specific letter it would be very helpful. Thanks for your work!

Same as normal app this only works for 5% of the cases.

This is working great off the play store. Thank you! Would love to one day see:

  1. Collapsing navigation bar in Now Playing that can be called back via a button press (for a more ‘full screen experience’/getting the cover art to use all of the vertical space available.
  2. Lyrics settings accessed via main settings UI as opposed to now playing->lyrics->settings, though as the dpad issues are sorted this probably won’t matter

I backed up on my phone and managed to restore the backup on my nvidia shield. When I try on my Chromecast with TV it says I dont have an app that can do that. Any app that I need to install?

Same thing happens when I try to log into google drive.

You can and must install a browser for the cloud servers as the doc says :wink:

For the SAF I don’t know if any app offers that sorry.

Hi there

Really enjoying this on an Android TV 14 box.

One wrinkle I have discovered is the inability to update the media source. I’ve found that my music, stashed on a SMB NAS on a gigabit LAN, was very poorly tagged in some instances. I’ve corrected some oddities.

However, I’m struggling to refresh the list in Symfonium - in the Manage Media Providers menu item it lets me select the Samba share and move through a few fields, but I can’t get the remote (or a Bluetooth mouse) down to the Update button.

You get to Exclude tracks shorter than: and there’s no way of moving beyond that point.

Nothing major, just another thing for the to do list.

Great work - had no hesitation in paying for this off the bat - beats messing about with Kodi, which is great for video, not so hot for music

Using this app right now in conjunction with a Nas Server(WebDav Protocol) and a Yamaha RN303D AS a renderer. To set the required options I use the Bluetooth Mouse & Keyboard App If necessary…

I am using an app, not sure if it’s the same one - is it the Android TV specific one ?

Yes I do use the specific Symfonium App for TV and the Bluetooth Mouse & Keyboard App on my Phone If needed

Yes sliders are broken on ATV I need to write a specific one thanks Google or use something else for ATV.

With that said to sync you need to 3 dots then sync.

Even with a browser installed I get “You dont have an app that can do this” when I go to sign into google.
