Issue description
Half second audio drops/stutter during sweet fades from 16bit to 24bit.
Just for replication emphasis, I have replicated this on my phone (S23 Ultra), my dap (iBasso DX180) and my tablet (Tab S7+) and on the dac side with my Fiio QX13, Topping DX5II and Fiio BTR5 (USB wired). A log has been provided for each config (Tab S7+ with DX5II, S23 Ultra with BTR5 wired, iBasso DX180 with QX13).
Here is some recorded samples of half second audio drop from each config going to a 192/24 file from a lesser sample rate/bit depth (the s23 sample in particular captured stutter a couple seconds after the transition audio drop.)

Steps to reproduce
- Start playing a music file that is a bit depth of 16bit
- Queue up a file that has a bit depth of 24bit
- Wait for the transition point
- Audio will drop or stutter during transition
Additional information
I am not certain bit depth changes is true/only replication of the issue, as do I observe drop/stuutter when transitioning between some sample rates while staying the same bit depth as well, but primarily seems to happen on bit depth changes. (its not just the same 192 file I used in my recordings either just to cover that basis)
I haven’t tested prod build, but I have been experiencing this as far as back as beta versions pre-dating v14 if that tells you anything. Also noting all of my hardware is capable of 192KHz//24bit and beyond.
