The app have 100k users /, imagine loosing 30 seconds each time they contact me to repeat whatās already written when they create the issue.
Then itās all I do and canāt do support or update the app.
So no actually by answering fast I avoid loosing time to actually work on the app and the issue.
About the issue you said the app plays from the server, logs said otherwise. And I had to ask again details, you did not answer until deluan posted. I again asked for the details.
So in the end from my POV Iām not the one making this longer and harder than it needs to beā¦
