Secure file sharing with support

Symfonium offers a secure way to share files with support so that only support can access the files. This greatly improve privacy and simplify the process.

From your phone or computer

Just open https://upload.symfonium.app/ then drag and drop the files to share.

Do not forget to add a description containing your forum nickname or something that you’ll communicate to support so they can find your files.

Then press Submit.

From Symfonium

Starting with Symfonium 7.1 you can directly upload logs from the app.

Either the current logs from the Share logs with support button

Or any previous logs from the Manage Symfonium generated files by pressing the upload button.

You will need to fill the description field with your forum nickname or something that you’ll communicate to support so they can find your files.

Note:

  • No one monitors the uploaded files, you need to tell me in the post or in a mail that you uploaded something and give the description.
  • The files are automatically deleted after a couple of days, do not wait to open issues.
  • You can share logs, but also any files related to the issue like audio files for tag issues, or videos showing the issue.
  • The files are not accessible by anyone but support, no need to try to use it as share platform :slight_smile:
