Whenever I try to import a .m3u playlist the playlist loads for a while and then when I click on it it’s just one song repeated for the number of songs that were intially in the playlist.
The .m3u is exported from musicolet and the songs are the exact same, i just wanted to move to symfonium because i don’t really like musicolet.

Why
It’s enabled on your second screenshot Delete all your imported playlists, verify the option is still on, enable debug logs do a full sync, then upload new logs if there’s still an issue. But in all cases do not import from the import playlist it can’t work.
now on local device i can no longer see the playlists like i did before, but when i go to exported smart playlist it still says “error during import, contact support with logs”
Again this is not a smart playlist so you can’t import like that, you need to navigate in library / file mode to the place where the playlists are then 3 dots imports.
In the logs a sync was already running so the new one you queued did not start yet. It’s probably ok now.
If you do not say the part you don’t understand it’s hard to answer
Do not use import smart playlsit as it’s not one. Use the library mode of the app then file, then navigate to where the playlists are press the 3 dots on them then import. That’s the logs I’ll need if that does not work.
