fot when you wake up: i’ve tried it again (22.39 log) and i still can’t it says that there’s no playlist content to import so i guess that the problems are my files

Yes it’s your files they contains fixed path for Windows, they certainly are not playlist exported by Symfonium. To import those files you actually need to disable the option strict playlist mapping.
the problem is that strict playlist mapping has been disabled two days ago, at this point i think i’ll just remake all the playlist manually
2 days ago you where importing the wrong playlists 
With that said I’d really like to understand how it’s possible, are you sure you do not have 2 local device provider in the settings ?
i only have one local device, i checked now in the mange media providers section
