Playlists disappeared

Issue description:

Unsure if this is related to a recent server update (now on 10.11.6), but previously I had playlists sync’d down to my phone (running 13.7.0 under A16) and noticed today there are none shown. I nuked my media source and added it back (using primary connection as local wifi and secondary as one available via DDNS).

Playlist > Import > Offline first > Skip duplicates says that there’s an existing playlist (trying just one as a test) and it’s skipped. But the UI shows no playlists. Toggling off to skip dupes still does not import it. It says its importing, then the modal closes and shows “Nothing to display. Add a media provider or refine your filters”

I’m not filtering on anything.

I can go to Files > Jellyfin > Music and see my folders on the server. Sync manager shows an accurate track count.

In the logs you are filtering on available offline

See Globally filter displayed data (Media providers, libraries, only offline media, ...)

Hm. I stand corrected. Thanks. I had no idea that filter was enabled.
