Production

Issue description

I cannot get the app re-connected to OneDrive. My issue and efforts are exactly already described in After install, Error 404 trying to authenticate, how to progress, except that my “block opening external apps” is already off. What else can I try? Everything was fine until I accidentally deleted Symfonium permissions from my Microsoft account page. Since then, data was not retrievable and could no longer be synced, and all efforts to reconnect have failed. I did everything described as a solution so far, plus i uninstalled and reinstalled the app (I did use a backup to restore settings etc.). I also clicked the “internal clean up” option. I use Edge browser, the phone is Samsung S25 Ultra. All apps are updated.

There is nothing I can do on my side about your browser behavior.

Use another browser if you can’t get Edge to work.
