Is it -release ? Or are you in the beta or soemthing ? Try to force stop it clear it’s data ?

If it helps, jellyfin app is also showing a similar issue on my android auto.

Duplicate read above That’s an Android Auto bug, clear it’s data / cache force stop and reboot the phone.
