Logos are now part of the application style no need to add them manually anymore. (Be sure to use not too large ones :p)
Great work with the new update, btw, Tolriq, I haven’t learned it yet, but it looks better and better.
Hey, since I kinda caught you, is there any chance you’d add the compact player along with the new now playing navigation entry? Also transparency settings and all of that? I don’t want to open a topic about it, just curious
I think they’re working on it, they mentioned it on the last beta release they released 4 days ago. I might be reading it wrong because english is not my first language.
Added icon color and overlay transparency settings for string buttons.
Added different background overlay types and transparency levels.
Added control over transparency levels for most overlays and protections.
Oh, thanks, Joxer.
But I actually meant the navigation and the “now playing” entry:
I like how it looks, but when you’re using it you can’t have compact player above, you can’t change the transparency of the navigation and all of that.
Also your English is great.
Idk if it’s just my phone’s resolution or something but most of my nps features are compact plus the album art color doesn’t show up at all
Ohhhh okay, I didn’t notice the new now playing button. I agree, it would be nice to have that!
I was about to ask the same thing. I’m having the same problem: the player section has no background color or blur effect. The home screen interface is much smaller than in the demo. I don’t know what device you have @xxxms or if it’s because you’re using a beta version that I’m not using. Even so, what you created looks great, although it has some bugs on my device.
Hi, honestly I’d like to help you, but have no idea, it seems to work fine for me, I have Nothing Phone (1), Android 15, and maybe it is because beta, dunno.
Thanks for your reply. I’ve been investigating, and it seems to be a bug in the same application as your theme. I used the same settings in a JSON theme I created, and the “Solid Color Theme Surface” background style isn’t working. Even without enabling any super background options, it still has a black background. I’m not sure if I should start a thread about this or if @Tolriq you could help us.
I promised to return with how I configured your theme for myself.
I wanted to create something as a mix between Spotify and Apple Music. So this means:
So the main page (dark/light):
Now Playing (dark/light):
And the album view:
I had problems using the custom string with favorite & rating bar in the same line, because long song titles would push them together and look bad. So I just decided to move the favorite icon to the bottom in Now Playing.
Oh, and also my mixes on the front page is just “my favorite playlists” like so:
I’d wish we had more ways of grouping playlists together for the front page, it would help a lot. But currently I just use the favorite playlists for a single selection.
Oh, it’s so cool, Sol_Invictus, thanks for showing it. It looks clean and I love how you figured it out for yourself, your setup looks nice, and you’re right it would be cool if we had more options.

It looks amazing! I imagine all these features are from the latest beta that Tolriq uploaded.
Please tell me if what I’m seeing is real. Could you share a screenshot of the artist interface, but not the Misfits one you uploaded, one with more color? I’m not sure if I’m explaining myself well, but I want to confirm if our master and creator, Tolriq, finally added the option to blur or fade between the interface and the artist’s work, instead of that black bar that overlapped the image. Please.
I need these features, but there are no beta versions available. What can I do? ![]()
Sure, Myke. I use the latest beta.
And here are more different color artists pages in my configuration for both white and dark themes.
