Cannot find devices to cast to (Android / KEF LSX II)

Issue description

Hi, I’m running symfonium downloaded via google play on Graphene OS. I have KEF LSX II’s hooked up on the network and I’m able to see and connect to them via Spotify, but I don’t see anything other than “Local device” when I go to cast from Symfonium. I have tested on user profiles with google play services enabled and disabled, so I don’t think it is related to that. I got these speakers used and did a factory reset and firmware update a few days ago.

I’m not familiar with these protocols and debugging what devices are ready to cast on the network, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

So this has to be done over Chromecast and therefore needs Google Play Services? I thought I saw a post saying this wasn’t necessary, but maybe misunderstood.

EDIT: I found that I needed to enable Google Cast in the KEF settings, and this is now showing up in a user profile with Google Play Services.
