Add ablility to enable/disable media providers

Feature description:

Have a enabled/disabled toggle under the media provider settings.

Problem solved:

At the moment to disable a provider you have to delete it completely, losing all the details (ip, password, etc) which is a pain if you want to re-enable it later

Brought benefits:

easily disable/enable providers

Globally filter displayed data (Media providers, libraries, only offline media, ...)

Symfonium offer a consolidated view of all your media providers and their libraries. There might be times where you want to filter the visible data to only show specific libraries or media that are only available offline for example. If you enable the Available offline filter, then only media that are cached locally will be played. Note: A lot of screens also have contextual filters that only apply to them. Ok I can filter on playlists / albums / etc to show/hide contents off xyz provider

but I cant switch off temporary (once for all)

So, for example, my home page show me all the contents without filtering the xyz provider

A “pause” / “disable” / “hide” should be more efficient (radical)… more easy to use. For now I just can remove the unwanted xyz provider ! (not temporary)

So, one day, in un update, I will be happy to find this option (toggle) in the providers section !

PS: the xyz is a local one, never outline, cant filter like this on homepage Filter (logo)…. but I can tap/click it to hide/disable it ← SOLVED
