As the FAQ explains you can’t use Play Store licenses without Play Store. You can install Play Store on most ROMs.

If you want another solution, I propose a paypal license but do not offer a migration path as it’s all manual and time consuming.

@VlaKor I have a degoogled DAP and I’m using Aurora Store to install apps, and you can also install purchased apps from Play Store.

If I understand correctly, are you refusing to provide me with the product I purchased?

You bought the product within the limits of the Google Play Services, as defined by Google’s legal terms. That does not mean you bought an universally available product. If you buy a license for use with Google Play Services, you will need Google Play Services to be able to validate the license. Likewise you cannot use apps bought through Google Play Store on Apple phones, even if the software is available there.

You purchased a license to Google that requires Google, I know most don’t read but Play Store gives clear warnings and details.

The product still works with Google and will continue to work.

Now when you purchase a gaz car and a year later you want to change for an electric car does the gaz car seller have to give you a new free electric car?

Why do you think that I should be the one loosing money because you decide you want something else a year later?

How do you lose money? You just got them from me. And I lost them because I can’t use the product I bought from you.

Is it really that hard to activate my copy of the app? I’m not asking for a refund. I just want to continue using the app.

Yes it’s hard and not really allowed by Google … And cost me a lot of time, and time is money so yes I actually loose money …

Install Play Store on your ROM and the app will work.

As I try to explain, I do not have to assume your change of mind a year later.
You can complain to multi billion Google monopoly instead of the small indie dev that do not even have to provide another solution at all yet still try to provide one…

I understood you. Good luck. Goodbye.
