Issue description:
When enabling the new “Fill Size” toggle for the Cover art, size of everything on the same side will be affected (instead of changing just the cover art).

I hate that I didn’t test this sooner! I didn’t realize you added this to address my request for vertical resizing. Guess I have to wait for 14.0.1 now

Reproduction steps:
In Landscape NPS, enable the Queue and Lyrics sections. Set one to “Left” side and the other to “Right”. Set Cover art to Left side and Controls to Right side.
Open Preview. All blocks take an even 1/2 of the screen height.
Now go back and enable the new “Fill Size” toggle (not the old Fill Size cover art style).
Open preview. Both sections on the Left now are larger.
(NOTE: This affects any panel on the same side as the Cover art.)
