Wrong Cover if a track don't have a cover

Issue description:

I use Navidrome with Subsonic for Symfonium.
I have some tracks, which are not yet cleaned up for the meta-tags… so they have Unknown Album and Unknown Artist, which looks like this in Navidrome:

You see… no Album-Cover (only blue disc)

But on Symfonium you see for all “Unknown Album” the same Cover: Ashes Remain

In MusicBrainz-Picard, only this “meta-tags” sind shown for the file:

I guess, that it’s just, because as “Ashes” starts with A and is one of the very first covers in Symfonium?!?

How to fix this?

Symfonium displays the data that Navidrome returns.

Ok, I belive you, even if it don’t look like this (as you can see in the screenshots in Navidrome, there isn’t any cover for it.).

But the more important question for me is: How to debug and fix this?

Remove the provider and add it again?

Great, thank you @Tolriq, that was the trick! :100:

@Tolriq oh sorry, I was to fast with my answer. Now I have a mixup of both.
Some Tracks in the Album “unknown” don’t have any cover, but others still have those “Ashes Remain” cover.
To be honest, I didn’t look into the “album-view” at the client before, so I don’t know if the mixed behavior of wrong covers are the same before, or if something changed after re-connecting the open-subsonic-server.

Here you see a track (at my desktop), that have this wrong “Ashes Remain” cover… there are no cover saved inside of this track.

And here the view of Symfonium after re-connecting Subsonic & re-sync it:

I can’t guess what you do on Navidrome side.

Just reinstall the app so you are sure there’s no cache, if you still see those images they are from Navidrome.
