Issue description:
I’m noticing when I am playing an album, Symfonium will sometimes get stuck at the start of the next track. Even pausing and playing again doesn’t work. From that point, I’m not able to get playback to work again. I’m streaming via UPnP.

Additional information:
from Android Pixel streaming via UPNP to a Primare DAC. So far, I cannot reproduce using Chromecast.
Reproduction steps:
While playing a full album, the app seems to get stuck when it’s starting a new track. Not every time, but commonly, and I can’t get playback to work again on that album afterwards.
