WearOS: manage songs on watch from phone

Feature description:

At the moment I can chose which song to download to the watch only from its app but it is quite inconvenient if you have lot of songs. It also miss a search feature, but even if that was present, doing it from the phone would be more convenient.

It would also help to see on phone which song is downloaded on the watch as shown in the mockup screenshot (the watch icon near the cached icon)

The normal usage for control from the app, would be to create a Wear playlist and then download it on the watch.

The goal is to have the phone part fully optional in the long term, and the watch app able to stream and download directly from the providers.

Not exposing the watch part inside the app also greatly simplify the future if/when the app goes multiplatform.

So for now, features and improvement should focus on the wear app being the full app and ignoring that it use the phone as a proxy.
