WearOS app - downloads from Plex server are not being transcoded

When using the WearOS app v1.1.0, music is downloaded from my Plex server at original quality (no transcoding to lower bit rate is occurring). For example, a single album has downloaded 980MB of FLAC instead of transcoding.

I have downloads quality set to medium in settings, and have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app my my Pixel Watch.

I have uploaded logs from my phone, but don’t know how to send logs from the watch app. Please advise and I will be happy to upload.

Update: I tried downloading a few more albums to my watch, and most appear to be transcoding properly.

The albums that do not transcode are all 96khz/24-bit FLAC files. So that narrows things down a bit.
