Visit Album Types from Album about section

Feature description:

I’ve noticed under the about section for an album the Genres, Year, Language ect are buttons in the UI that we can hit to take you to other similar albums.

Album Type However is not a clickabke button which I feel would be nice.

Problem solved:

I have various album types
Original Soundtracks
Remixes (official & Aftermarket)
Singles
Deluxe & even albums that actually surpass deluxe (haven’t settled on an official name for those yet, I am open to suggestions👀)

But it would be much quicker to get to a group of those album types if I could do so from the about page like I do with all the other pieces or data present in the about section.

Brought benefits:

This would make it much quicker to get to other similar music pieces the same way we do with the other data present in the about section of album view

As you can see here all theses other pieces of info become hyperlinks to similar albums / tracks but the release type does not create a hyperlink / shortcut to other albums / tracks

Yes because unfortunately due how the data is handled by all the providers what is visible is not the actual data but have a lot of parsing, tweaks and stuff done.

Meaning those can’t really be represented by SQL queries and so hard to filter.

You can create smart playlists based on all the merged variations to easily filter.

Edit: And BTW you can change the order of the buttons in the mini player, this hurt my feelings to see the buttons ordered like that :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh thank God! I feel the same I just hadn’t found the settings for it yet. Ive been looking at the tags available & making optimizations to my library based on my findings.

It’s at the same place you actually selected those buttons you can reorder, those are not the default buttons.
