Issue description
I start a song and it stutters at the beginning and whenever I scrub to another timestamp, it needs to load from the server and stutters more.

I’m on v15.0.0 and the most recent navidrome. I enabled pre-cache song before playback and save playback cache in rolling cache.
I set the maximum bitrate to original in Symfonium and to max 320 in Navidrome. Otherwise it always pulled large raw files for me.
The main problem seems to be that songs do not get added to the cache correctly sometimes.
