Use language agnostic text when sharing

Feature description:

I see this has been (partially) requested in this topic before:

The issue to me is not to “remove” the boilerplate, but an unfortunate side-effect on having that boilerplate automatically translated.

I use the app in one language, then the message is translated to that language. The issue is that I like to use this feature to share music among foreign friends.

Could the boilerplate be adjusted so it’s language agnostic (or add a an extra way to share)?

Currently it’s something like:
“I’m currently listening to: artist - title #Symfonium

Ideally, something like a simple emoji, artist, title and #tag would be more that sufficient:
:headphone: artist - title #Symfonium”.

I understand the promotion of symfonium and I’m not against it and I like to actually encourage it, but having to remove the beginning (“I’m currently listening to:” or whatever is translated to any language) each single time is quite annoying.

Actually, maybe a toggle, so we have some customization (sometimes I want to add the album name or the date of the song there too, not only artist + name) would be nice, although the emoji proposal is just fine for me.

Problem solved:

Unfortunate and unexpected language translation when sharing a song. I don’t think this string had to be added to the translation strings and causes now an unfortunate side-effect.

Brought benefits:

Let me share songs (while promoting Symfonium) with anyone, without an implicit language, please.
