Unable to import m3u files for playlists

Issue description:

The option to import m3u files does not appear for me. Neither in the files section of the library, nor in the import dialog menu in the playlist section of the library. I can play the m3u files in the files section no problem.

I also tried manually importing an m3u file from the phone itself. This got me an error saying to make a ticket with the logs. I uploaded new logs however idk if it’s visible to you.

Additional information:

I’m using navidrome and for that I already have an m3u folder set up, to which I manually export from Musicbee.

This folder is a sibling to all the artist folders in the music folder.

For example:
Media\Music\Playlists
Media\Music\Alphaville

I’ve also put loose m3u files into the music folder, to no avail.

Media provider:

If you are using a managed server like Navidrome then you need to import the Playlist in Navidrome first.

The playlists are already in both Navidrome and Jellyfin… Jellyfin has been set as a Managed Service inside Symfonium.

Also Navidrome will be removed once Symfonium works fully.

So the issue is Navidrome or Jellyfin?

Of Jellyfin they broke something in their last update, Symfonium beta have a workaround but Google is slow validating it.

If playlists are supposed to be added from Jellyfin automatically (as easily as music files are) then yes there’s something wrong with Jellyfin. Or still there might be something wrong with Symfonium, that it’s not picking up these playlists from Jellyfin.

If one is supposed to create/import playlists manually (to mark them as read-only for example) then there’s something wrong with Symfonium.

I suppose I’ll wait for the beta build and check back then.
