Unable to connect to Navidrome

Issue description:

I’m to trying to add a Navidrome media provider for the first time. I’ve tried multiple users but I always get the same message “Unable to connect”.

Anything obvious I might have missed ?

Reproduction steps:

  • Settings > Manage media providers > Add media provider
  • Subsonic
  • Entered details user/password + server url : http://192.168.x.x:4533 (double checked my server local ip)
  • Add

Hey thanks for your reply. I had forgotten to mention it in my message but I did include the port, yes.

Hey sorry for the trouble. I finally managed to identify the brainfart issue. I forgot to add an inbound firewall rule for Navidrome on my windows computer where I installed the server !
