Have you played around with any of the default Now Playing presets? Or tried to customize it at all yourself? It can seem intimidating since there’s so many options, but it’s not as bad as it looks.
The look you’re aiming for here seems fairly simple to recreate in Symfonium.
If you’re bothered by the menu on the left, you have to change your setting in:
Settings > Interface > Navigation and Media Start > Portrait/Landscape Navigation Style

In the “Cover art” section, there is setting to choose whether it is on the Left or Right. (Edit: Literally the setting you are showing there.) If you choose “Right” it’ll show above your buttons. Then the whole thing will center itself since there’s nothing else on the Left.
Make sure you save your current layout before loading mine! That way you can go back to your setup if you need to.
