Transition Maestro: Memorize the value of Max tracks of insert

Feature description:

Memorizes the last value of the maximum number of insert tracks for the Transition Maestro.
or apply the settings only when closing the Smart Queue/Smart Flow window.
or add an Apply button.

Problem solved:

The issue I encountered while using Smart Flow’s Transition Maestro is that the default maximum tracks to insert is set to 12, and when the option is pressed, it immediately inserts the tracks into the queue. This may result in the first song having more insert tracks than anticipated.

Brought benefits:

Enables more precise control over the number of Smart Flow results.
