Tracks playing twice when casting to upnp device

Issue description:

Setup is navidrome → Symfonium → UPnP casting → cambridge audio evo 150

Tracks in the playlist play twice, although they are only appear in the queue once.
Once the queued track has reached the end, the next track starts playing but the information displayed in ui is from 1st track again. When this track gets to the end it will replay the track but update the info in the ui for the new track.

Each track is only scrobbled once.

As you suggested, disabling gapless support on the renderer fixes the issue - but i would like gapless playback if possible

Does it work with any other app?

Repeating the track despite Symfonium passing the proper second track is the usual symptom and nothing I can do about it.
