Tracks not transcoding correctly on mobile

Issue description

When playing media over mobile internet (not WiFi) it transcodes formats from FLAC to OGG/Opus but does not target the correct bitrate as selected in the settings. Instead it plays it at the same bitrate as the flac file.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open app
  2. Turn off WiFi
  3. Play a song not on offline cache
  4. Codec shows transcode to OGG/Opus but the original bitrate rather than the one selected in settings/playback

Check server logs, Symfonium request the proper bit rate.

Try to update to version 15 too.

Updated and it is working fine now.

Not sure what was happening there.
