Issue description:
Previously, before the 13.0.0 beta/update and before adding the floating now playing bar, editing the opacity of “surfaceContainer” in “custom theme” would charge the opacity of the main navigation bar. However since the new update and with the new floating now playing bar, it only affects the gradient between the now playing bar and the main navigation.

Screenshot 2 shows the main navigation bar with the opacity of surfaceContainer at it’s lowest.
Reproduction steps:
Choose custom theme in theme, fonts and colours. Click to edit the theme and then go to surfaceContainer and check the different stages of opacity and how it reflects on the main navigation bar.
