The app reset on me a while back; I thought I might have done something, so I just let it slide. It just reset again, but luckily I have my themes uploaded to the forum. It resets and wipes everything except the theme I was using last.
How should I submit this error log? I checked to see if anyone else had reported the issue, but it doesn’t look like it.

I’ve had this happen to me exactly once… I think a week or so after that thread reached a verdict. Same deal as you, where my theme was still active but everything else cleared.
Without logs, I’d imagine there’s zero chance of knowing the exact cause. And unless this happens regularly, you can’t really catch a log for it. You might leave debug mode ON for weeks and not see this again. 
It seems to be an issue with Samsung phones, since I use one too. I wonder what setting might be causing it.
Just for reference, I’m on an LG.
This happened to me recently but I had just made a backup so it didn’t affect me. First time it happened to me, I lost all my customizations, except for a few I had uploaded here. I don’t know what the problem is but I recall that both time the app was open in RAM but it when I clicked on it it restarted first like I had freshly opened it. I can only say that for now you should make a backup immediately after changing any setting on the app for peace of mind.
