Tag: does not recognize the album artist correctly

Issue description:

Friends
My music is stored in OneDrive.
The app doesn’t correctly identify the album artist on some of my albums.
I already deleted the file from the server and sent it again, I did the synchronization again, but it doesn’t work.
In other audio players the album artist is displayed correctly.
I use the AutoTagger app to insert the tags.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Android 10 and I am using the latest version of the Symfonium app.
How can I resolve this issue?

From the logs all the songs from the first album have different album artists and different artists, this can lead so side effects.

So please properly describe what you see and what you expect to see with screenshots and proper details.

Let’s start with Planet Pop Vol. 01 CD01

For all Planet Pop albums, I entered Planet Pop as the album artist.
However, the names of multiple artists appear.

So as said each file in that album have a different album artist, so the result is as expected.

Only put 1 album artist in all the songs of the same album

Check your tags ….

You have set a different Album artist to each tracks of the albums, so Symfonium shows all the album artists as expected since this is the purpose of having multiple album artists.

Put the same album artist to all the songs of the album and it will have only 1 album artist.

Symfonium use the tag data, if the tags are wrong then the data is wrong.
