Sync Ratings between 5 start ratings on device and Android Auto

Issue description:

The 5-star rating between AA and the app is not currently synced.

The issue is specific to tracks rated 2 to 4 stars, as there is no corresponding logic for these on Android Auto

On AA:

1-star tracks display a sad face

5-star tracks display a smiley face

Unrated, 2-star, 3-star, and 4-star tracks all display a straight face

My suggestion for AA is to update the mapping as follows:

Unrated: straight face

1 and 2 stars: sad face

3 to 5 stars: smiley face

Logs are not needed but i have referenced the one I used on the last issue raised. Thanks

Can you please share where this is duplicated? i want to track it but can’t find it. Thanks

Tolriq, i know you are busy but i will really appreciate a response. I have tried searching but can’t find where it’s duplicated. i review each release note hoping it’s been included

Hello. Will this ever be implemented? I feel like it’s lost. You said it was a duplicate, but I can’t see where it’s duplicates.

It makes it impossible to track in AA.

I’ll really appreciate a response. Thanks

Hello, I come in peace again.

I want to highlight an issue I’m still experiencing. As you can see, the track is rated 4 stars on the app, but when I’m in the car on AA, it’s neither smiling (5 stars) nor sad (1 star). Because of this, I assume it doesn’t have a rating, so I mark it as a smiley while in the car and thereby making it a 5 star. You marked my initial request as a duplicate 4 months ago. Are you still planning to implement it? if it’s not part of your plan, then fine. I will just use Plexamp in the car, but I will appreciate it if you can let me know so I can best plan as I keep messing up my ratings. Thanks

+1 from me. Coming from MediaMonkey, we often rate our new music while driving. Having the same 5 star ratings overlay like on the phone also on the car display would be perfect.
