Issue description
Symfonium stops playing any track mid song, typically within one or two songs. The playback screen then just shows “Nothing is playing” allowing no way to continue playing the track.
I’ve tried experimenting with local caching which hasn’t made any difference to the experience. Though I confess I’m not sure which settings I should be using.
I’ve locked the app in recents and disabled battery optimisations for the app too. It can still occur even when the screen is on and Symfonium is open.
Issue occurs on local network as well as remote streaming via 4G/5G over Tailscale VPN.

Play any track chosen by any method (song mix, album mix, manually choosing a track etc.).
Additional information
Device: OnePlus 15
Android OS: Oxygen OS 16.0.5, Android 16
Navidrome: v0.60.2 (latest) on Windows.
