Symfonium missing files when syncing to nextcloud/subsonic provider

Issue description:

I have been using symfonium with NC/subsonic.

I just added several thousand more files (MP3, flac, ogg) to nextcloud via rsync and php occ files:rescan. These files show up in nextcloud UI and app, and I can play the audio with built in NC:Music app.

They do not show up in symfonium, even after several manual syncs, trying “compatibility mode”, long pressing the sync button. My subsonic is using “legacy auth” in case it matters.

What could be the problem?

One file I added as a test in this same way (rsync, manual rescan) did show up in symfonium right away, which is why I did the rest of them. I put all the files in the same folder.

It won’t let me upload the music files, only screenshots. The successful test file is:
Jerry Reed - East Bound and Down (Audio) [IOgUaFkpS3Y].mp3

2 of the files in NC which are not syncing:
Ramones - Bonzo Goes to Bitburg.mp3
Afroman-Afroholic.20-Caddy Hop.mp3

All 3 files were added to NC via rsync, chown’d to www-data user: group, scanned successfully by NC, and can be accessed/played via NC web and native apps, but not via subsonic provider.

The log is empty, I need a log containing a full sync.

I enabled debug, sync’d the provider twice, then sent “upload log to support”

Did I miss a step?

In the docs I see a “manage symfonium generated files” to retrieve / view / send manually, but in my version of the app I don’t have that menu item.

There is no sync in those logs either.

Ah, weird, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ll try again in a few hours.

I never did figure out how to get a sync in a symfonium log, but I solved the issue, you can mark this closed/solved/delete it. Problem was user error. I did rescan files with nextcloud but had to log in to a user account via browser (not app) and do a second scan from within the music ‘app’, then subsonic updated right away. I’m still not sure why the test file worked and the others didn’t.
