Symfonium License Issue

Issue description:

Hello Symfonium Support,

I’m encountering an issue where the app is prompting me to purchase a license again, even though I’ve already paid. I’m on a Google Pixel 7. This started after I reinstalled the app, and I’ve tried verifying I’m on the correct Google account, restoring the purchase, and clearing the Play Store cache. The original purchase was made on December 24, 2024, at 7:36 PM, for CA$8.46 (Transaction ID GPA.3345-8856-7916-33935, Visa •••• 0102).

Could there be a known license verification issue, and are there additional steps to resolve this?

Play Store does not return a license.

Have you read Troubleshoot license and purchase issues ? Do you have multiple user account and do you use the proper account ?
