I seem to have some tracks that are tagged properly, but Symfonium is not grabbing the tags. I’ve tried to delete some of the tracks in question and replace them (in Google Drive) but the issue persists.

No problem - I just did a sync and uploaded the log.
Hum seems the missing tags are cached for some reason 
Can you update to 11.4.0, clear tag cache in the provider settings and provide new logs of a full sync ?
I confirmed that I am 11.4.0, cleared the tag cache in the provider settings and did a full sync (I’ve provided this). The sync was going to take quite some time so I left it to run overnight. I checked this morning and the sync is done but the problem is still there, unfortunately.

Can you zip the full folder that contain “01 At Dawn.flac” 'including the cover and everything and upload to https://upload.symfonium.app so I can check ?
There’s a number of songs not scanned due to lack of internet so a new scan would fix.
But that folder seems to be skipped and does not even try to scan it and I have no idea why

What is the full path of that folder? Is it from a shortcut somewhere or something shared with you or anything special ?
There is definitely nothing special about it - it’s in the exact same structure as all of my other albums. Would it be worth deleting it from my Google Drive and uploading it again?
No that’s something else.

Hello again - I just wanted to let you know that I just did a fresh sync and the issue still persists - in fact it seems like it is getting worse (i.e. songs that I know were fine a couple of days ago are now missing the tag info). I’ve shared the sync log. If you need anything else from me just let me know.
Ok so no errors the files are just skipped, probably some strange error that is catched and lead to no data in the cache.
I’ll send you a test APK next week with more logs to confirm things and then will need to figure out what strange error happen to trigger that

Can you provide new details about the missing songs ? In the logs the 01 At DAwn have the proper data.
Sure thing - At Dawn is now good. But I just filtered my song list by “01” and I show 672 songs. I scrolled through and the vast majority of the 672 are songs that are missing tag info:
01 (Just Like) Starting Over.flac
01 - Been Stellar - Start Again.flac
01 1,000 Years.flac
And so on.
