Support offline rating as done for favorites

Issue description:

I rated a lot of tracks while offline by having the 5 stars option toggled and going to the now playing track and SLIDING my finger on the rating, which allows to modify it even while offline on android. It does not work when just taping the exact rating, you have to slide across the stars. the rating will then stay there until i sync with navidrome. It’s just discarded after that

Ok thanks for the logs and details.

You should not have been able to slide to rate when offline, this will be fixed for next release.

I’m converting this to a feature request to support offline rating in the same way as offline favorites is supported.
