Support for SVG images as Home Custom Icon

Feature description:

This would allow Symfonium to do 2 things:
1: Upscale the icon without quality loss
2: Make the icon be the colour of the theme selected

Problem solved:

Currently, Symfonium only supports one custom icon. This means that the same icon is used for both the light and dark themes, which makes it impossible to see some colours in light/dark mode.

Brought benefits:

A customisable home icon with a customisable primary colour.

Additional description and context:

I’m trying to replicate the “Home” text that’s on Apple Music, but to do that I’d need a way to have both a light and dark mode icon. Another way would be to add a custom text for the icon, but that’s already a feature request, and I’d like to stay away from duplicate requests for a while.

This would hard code the text and not make it compatible with languages other than English, which would go against the recent localised labels. However, it would add a legitimately good feature to Symfonium. (This is a poor example, as the icon only contains text.)

I think .png is good enough.
