Feature description
It would be neat if users could “subscribe” to a theme so that they are sent an email notification whenever an update is posted for that theme.
(Or perhaps subscribe to an author, to be notified when that author posts a new theme/update?)
Problem solved
Users have no reason to check for updates to a theme.
Relevant for those of us that frequently adjust our themes or include new features as the app grows.
Brought benefits
Users can opt-in to be notified when a theme is updated.
If author releases a bug fix for a theme, users will know before running into the problem.

Additional description and context
Currently the “Like” button is mostly neglected since it requires an account to use. Clearly no one is signing up just to hit “Like” on a theme.
But if they already registered to receive update notifications, there is no barrier to use the “Like” system.
