Standard now playing widget: lower text row cut off at the bottom

When I add the standard now playing widget, the text in the lower row gets cut off at the bottom.

Yes some OEMs changes default margins and I don’t know how to detect that, and there’s no option to have dynamic font size.
The choice was made to ensure the buttons are never too small, so when this happen it’s the less important subtitle that takes the hit
