The app request all the artists first via the normal endpoints Jellyfin returns a list of artists with IDs.
Unfortunately Jellyfin can have multiple duplicated artists with different IDs that they can match internally but do not expose anywhere …
So Symfonium gets an unknown ID, fetch the data for the artist, try to match with the data Jellyfin returned before and in your case fails because the number of items does not match and so refuse it.
In your specific cases, it seems that they are returning the same MBID for both so I could match on that and ignore non matching data but that’s still hacks over hacks over a bugged API that they do not really seems to want to fix despite being well aware.
