"Sort title" does not sort titles with "THE" prefix in all-caps

Issue description

On my Albums page, I have some albums with names in all caps. If I choose “Sort title” as the sorting method for this, these albums don’t get sorted in their correct place. Ex. A title of “THE DANGERS” would still show up in the T albums, not the D ones.

  1. Add an album with a title in all caps that starts with “THE”
  2. Sort album list by “Sort title”

I need logs containing a full sync.

Updated new logs with a sync in it. Same description on it.

I installed 15.1.0B1 and the album titles now sort correctly after doing a sync. Thank you!
