Issue description
After the most recent update, I was testing some playlist transitions and skipping to the outros of tracks to hear them. Soon after, songs have started skipping to the next no matter where I seek in the song. I got new headphones and wanted to test different sounds, but everytime I would seek into the middle of a track, it would wait a few seconds, buffer, and then load the next song.

Steps to reproduce
- Play any track
- Skip to anywhere in the track
- Wait for song to skip
- Next song plays, interrupting previous track
Additional information
It feels like it’s either transitions between songs or transcoding being weird. Symfonium worked perfectly for all my needs on my previous device, a Samsung S21, but I’ve been dealing with this issue for about two weeks with my new Pixel 10 running GrapheneOS.
It seems no matter where I seek in a song, it will skip. Sometimes, if it doesn’t skip, it feels like a transcoding error and immediately skipping to the next song instead of just finishing loading the one playing.

In Settings > Playback > Decoding and Transcoding > Wi-Fi Maximum Bitrate to Original.
