Occasionally when I try to play any song they just straight up refuse to play and say the format is not supported by this device, mind you this only happens with symfonium.
Not really coz I for one believe they’re different they both happen at random maybe they’re related but idk so please let me know. Yesterday my player refused to play any song insisting that formats aren’t supported and I have to redownload the app everytime only for it to be fixed for a short time. It’s just frustrating to invest in an offline music player and feel like I’m having issues all the time but maybe it’s my device
Even with crossfade disabled still shows up hell I even disabled fade out curve and the issues just happens randomly like there’s no day I open up symfonium tap on a song and it just plays normally.
Done. The ones I just uploaded rn I played like 6 songs and all of them refused it’s like the player picks 1 out of 100 songs to play and yet when I go back to the previous songs a couple of times it plays normally sometimes, that’s if I’m lucky
There’s still no Symfonium logs uploaded, and no debug mode enabled in the bug report.
At this point I’ve lost quite a lot of time for absolutely no reasons.
I need you to enable logs, reboot the phone, reproduce the issue, capture the bug report just after the issue and upload both the report and the logs after that.
