Songs playing with artifacts and/or randomly speeding up at the start

Issue description:

Recently, I noticed that some songs (around 20%-25%) have some issues at the start. For most songs that have this problem, the sounds randomly speeds up with random hiccups for the first few seconds until it stabilizes and the song keeps playing normally.
I found some other posts mentioning a similar issue where deleting the playback cache seemed to help. I think I deleted mine and the error persists. I also tried rescanning the entire folder again.

I uploaded a log where I play the most serious case I could find, where it rushes through the first 22 seconds of the song in a few seconds.

99.99% of the time it’s users enabling the skip silence option.

Thanks, that solved it!

Did that option get enabled by default in one of the latest updates or something? I only noticed this problem recently and I’m positive I never turned that on manually
