Songs pause when Symfonium is not open

Issue description:

I have this happen randomly from time to time, and today I managed to capture it with debugging on.

Sometimes when either I have the phone in my pocket, or I’m using a different app with Symfonium playing in the background the music pauses on its own. It then unpauses itself as soon as I open the Symfonium again.

Can you have a look through my logs and tell me what is causing it? I have battery optimisation disabled for Symfonium.

I am using Pixel 7 and have battery optimisation disabled for Symfonium.
 

Reproduction steps:

 

  1. Play any music
  2. Minimise the app, or turn the screen off
  3. Sometimes after a few seconds, and sometimes after a few minutes Symfonium seems to be pausing the music. As soon as the app is brought back into focus, it automatically unpauses itself.

Your phone remove network connection from Symfonium.

Maybe it kills your VPN connection or tunnel or whatever.

huh ok, now when i think about it I was in a shop when it happened, maybe poor connection? Anyway, looks like it’s my problem to solve. Thanks for checking.
