I’m pulling my music from a Google drive folder. The song appears to play but there is no sound. Where do I start to troubleshoot this?
To clarify, most of my music plays. But not all
Please generate logs by going to Settings > Advanced settings > Debug mode, reproduce your issue (e.g.: syncing with the provider and going up to the song and start playing it), upload it by tapping on “Share logs with support” in Advanced settings, then create a new forum post explaning your issue in Support .
